What is DVORA? +

DVORA was born with the mission to positively impact quality of life for residents. We’re committed to creating a community designed to support and serve busy, hardworking people like you. We want to help you feel safe, secure, and happy, starting with your life at home.

What is a DVORA Community Expert? +

Your DVORA Community Expert (CE) is here to help uncomplicate your already complicated life. From the day you move into your new home, your CE will be your one main point of contact for any and all issues that might arise. If you have a question regarding a building amenity, a problem with an appliance in your apartment, maybe you’re wondering how to get into a nearby DVORA event, or you have a simple service request like dry cleaning, your CE is here to help make things go right. When it comes to your new home, your concern is your Community Expert’s concern.

What is the Weekly Refresh? +

A hotel-style, light cleaning of your home. Executed by a trained DVORA expert, he/she will spend 20 minutes refreshing each unit each week:

  • Bed will be made to hotel standards
  • Trash & recycling will be removed
  • Kitchen surfaces will be wiped down
  • Pillows & couch in living area will be fluffed
  • There will be a light cleaning of dishes / loading or unloading of dishwasher
Can I schedule the Weekly Refresh more often? +

Yes, we offer additional Weekly Refresh services at an additional cost.

Who will be doing the service? +

Our carefully screened and highly trained service staff – our DVORA’s!

How do I communicate with my DVORA? +

You can book DVORA services through the app, or by contacting your Community Expert (CE). If you haven’t yet been in touch with your CE (future and prospective residents), you may contact services@dvoralife.com.

Once your service has been scheduled, we’ll send one reminder before your service and another immediately after, so you’re always in the loop. If a DVORA is actively servicing a unit, we’ll place a door hanger outside to let you know.

Does the same DVORA come to my home every week? +

Yes, your personal DVORA will be the same week in and week out, ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency. No surprises and nothing to worry about.

When does my DVORA come? +

Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm. Our goal is to provide you with seamless service during the week, while you may be working, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

How does DVORA gain entry to my unit? +

A copy of your key will be kept in a secure and supervised location. Your DVORA will sign out your key on the day of service and return it following completion.

What supplies do I need to provide for in unit cleaning services? +

None! We’ve got it covered, and you never have to worry about harsh chemicals, dyes, or strong odors. Everything from our signature scent to our linen spray is organic and safe.

What tools do I need to provide for handyman services? +

None! We’ve got it covered. On the rare occasion that a service requires anything from our residents, we’ll be sure to let you know in advance.

How do you price your services? +

Our team has spent countless hours pricing and analyzing the market. We strive to be better priced, more efficient, and higher quality than our competition. If you ever feel that’s not the case, or have new ideas for the team, please let us know!

Is DVORA insured in case of damages? +

Yes. We are insured for up to $1MM towards theft and $2MM towards damages.
